Shipping & Refund Policy

Delivery to West Malaysia (Peninsular)

Terms and conditions:

• We would advise customers to place order in the early of a week so that we can process the shipping by mid of a week or before every Friday.
• The shipping rate is shown as table above. For subsequent every 1kg weight after the first 1kg, additional shipping cost will be applied.
• We will always ship with fresh biscuit made on the day of the shipping. We will ensure to ship out your order within 2 days upon receiving receipt of your order or else it will be clearly communicated. You will normally receive the parcel within 1-2 days after the shipment is made. Should you not receive your products after 2 working days, please contact the local delivery center using the tracking number provided. You could also keep us in the loop to follow up.
• Place for receiving products/parcel – Please bear in mind to provide us with the correct and precise address, name, and phone number to receive the products or parcels.
• If you wish to make any changes after placing booking online, please send a message to WhatsApp number +60124029885 to make further arrangements.

Delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)

Our postage charges are based on local charges within West Malaysia.

Please send us an enquiry via WhatsApp number +60124029885 on the cost of postage if the destination is outside West Malaysia.

Refund Policy

Refund shall be made if either one of the following conditions is met:

• The product is expired after received.
• The product is broken or damaged when received.
• The received quantity is different from the ordered quantity.
• Please snap photos and send your damaged/short quantity goods to WhatsApp number +60124029885. Further communication shall be done to arrange for the refund.
